It is a large book with lots of recipes, including for things like Fettuccini Alfredo and pizza. It even provides some healthier ways to fry your favorites.
The Inspiralized: Turn Vegetables into Healthy, Creative, Satisfying, Meals book was released in early 2015 and written by Ali Maffucci. It gives some tips and recipes for using a spiralizer to turn vegetables into pasta. You will save on fat and calories, as well as carbs to make healthy dishes.
